Every engagement has two daily overlap windows: a morning standup at 9:00 ET / 6:30 PM IST and an evening sync at 5:00 PM ET / 2:30 AM IST when the work demands it. Outside those windows, work is asynchronous — written-first, with deliverables that can be reviewed without a live meeting.
