Accessibility Statement
Effective May 1, 2026
askmeidentity is committed to making this website usable for everyone. We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and continue to improve.
Our approach
Accessibility is part of how we build, not a layer we add at the end. The site is designed for keyboard navigation, respects user preferences for reduced motion, supports common screen readers, and uses semantic HTML for landmarks and headings.
What we test
- Keyboard reachability of every interactive element, with visible focus.
- Color contrast against text, controls, and informational graphics.
- Reduced-motion preference — we disable transform animations when set.
- Screen-reader rendering with VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS on representative pages.
- Form fields and error states with associated labels and live-region announcements.
Known gaps
Some animated decorative SVGs use CSS-only motion. Where motion conveys information, we provide a non-motion equivalent. If you encounter content where this is not the case, please tell us.
Report a barrier
If something on this site is not usable for you, email [email protected]. Include the URL and a short description. We will acknowledge within five business days and propose a remediation timeline.
Beyond the website
For service engagements, we apply the same WCAG 2.2 standard to the products we deliver — and we are happy to discuss accessibility scope during discovery.
